Hardanger has a long tradition for high quality, local food and drink. We serve delicious dishes based on local and freshly sourced produce.

The restaurant

In our restaurant you can enjoy the best food and drinks Ulvik has to offer, all while taking in the magnificient fjord view. We work closely with local suppliers of vegetables, fruits, meat and fish to offer you an authentic culinary experience. In the summer we cart freshly picked vegetables from the Undeland farm in Ulvik – straight from the fields and into our kitchen.

Peruse our à la carte menu or find a tasty treat from our lunch menu that offers everything from juicy burgers to delicious mussels.

We also offer event menus for festive occasions, hardanger buffet for larger groups, catering and of course traditional Norwegian Christmas dishes during the festive season.

We welcome you to experience the rich tastes of Hardanger on our pier surrounded by the fjord, green hills and proud mountains. We can tailor a set menu and drinks for up to 20 people.

The Kvemmadokkje
homestead
